Unveiling Old Abbey House: A Remarkable Transformation with Hook Digital

In August 2023, the picturesque town of Abingdon will witness the grand opening of the Old Abbey House hotel, a project that has been months in the making. Spearheading the comprehensive rebranding and marketing efforts for this exciting venture is none other than Hook Digital, the dynamic marketing partner that has breathed life into the hotel's identity.

In May 2023, Old Abbey House entrusted Hook Digital with the monumental task of creating a brand identity that would not only reflect the hotel's unique character but also resonate with its target audience. Hook Digital took the challenge head-on, starting from a blank canvas and building everything from the ground up.

Every great brand begins with a strong visual identity. Hook Digital carefully crafted Old Abbey House's logos, selecting fonts that spoke to the hotel's personality, and choosing a palette of colours that harmonised with the surroundings and invoked a sense of warmth and sophistication.

The visual storytelling didn't stop at logos and colours. Hook Digital curated a collection of stunning imagery that showcased the hotel's unique features, capturing the essence of Old Abbey House in every frame. From inviting room interiors to the scenic surroundings, these visuals became the backbone of the hotel's narrative.

Recognising the importance of a seamless digital experience, Hook Digital provided robust IT support and developed a brand new website for Old Abbey House. The website not only served as an aesthetically pleasing online presence but also seamlessly integrated a booking API for a hassle-free reservation process.

The brand experience extended beyond the digital realm with Hook Digital designing wayfinding signs within the hotel. Guests can now navigate the Old Abbey House effortlessly, thanks to thoughtfully crafted signs that blend functionality with the hotel's brand aesthetics. Exterior signage and launch event advertisements were also part of the holistic approach to creating a consistent brand image.

As the finishing touch, Hook Digital orchestrated a spectacular launch event for Old Abbey House. From eye-catching signage to strategically placed advertisements, every element was designed to captivate and draw attention. An engaging HTML emailer served as a digital invitation, ensuring that the launch was a momentous occasion attended by eager patrons and esteemed guests.
